 Beyond a united business unit, IEC comes together as a team outside of the office.

• We enjoy bonding moments and laughs on our defending championship softball team of the Poway Softball 5pm Coed Division
• We engage in team building social activities such as: summer barbecues, Christmas parties, seasonal picnics, office celebrations or birthday lunches
• We actively participate in community service events. IEC supports all organizations that employees may be involved with and backs them with funding or participation in events. IEC teams together to perform acts of community service such as: Habitat for Humanity, Special Olympics, and Adopt a Senior Program.
