Municipal Engineering Project Manager
IEC is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager level engineer.
Responsibilities; include, but not limited to:
- Managing and prepare design plans, specifications, details, reports, calculations, construction schedules and cost estimates for various Site, Street and Drainage Capital Improvement Program projects.
- Assisting with marketing new projects.
- Routine contract administration
- Coordination with subconsultants and other project team members
Job qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Civil Engineering
- Professional registration in California
- Between 7 to 15 years experience in municipal engineering services with preference towards site civil design, storm drain and street design, and development review/planchecking
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- A Team Player with initiative

Engineering Positions Available in the Oceanside , California Office:
Engineer III
IEC is seeking an Engineer III to work in the Planning & IS department with an emphasis on hydraulic modeling of water distribution systems and wastewater collection systems.
Responsibilities; include, but not limited to:
- Prepare and/or modify planning documents including utility Master Plans, feasibility studies and utility impact studies AutoCAD.
- Development and analysis of water and wastewater system hydraulic models
- Development of GIS data and databases.
- Use of GIS to support hydraulic modeling and planning projects.
Education: BS Engineering/PE required
Required Experience/Qualifications:
The following qualifications are required for these positions:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.
- Energetic and ready to take-on responsibility in a variety of roles.
- 3-5 years experience.
- PE required.
The ideal candidates will also have working knowledge of ArcMap (ESRI)
