IEC completed a master plan for water, wastewater and recycled water services for the San Luis Rey Municipal Water District (SLRMWD). This project included the development of a District-wide facilities plan to aid the District in activating its latent powers to provide water, wastewater and recycled water service. The major elements of this project included water and wastewater design criteria, water demand and wastewater flow projections, potable water storage requirements, water supply alternatives, wastewater treatment alternatives, recycled water system analysis, water, wastewater and recycled water capital improvement program (CIP). |
