IEC is providing additional manpower and resources to assist County staff with review of development improvement plans. Our services include reviewing hydrology and hydraulic reports, rough and precise grading plans, and street- and storm-drain improvement plans. Our typical on-site workload is 36 hours per week and is projected to remain at the current level for up to two years. We also areproviding additional support during the County’s peak submittal periods. Our review included compliance with all County standards, grading ordinances, stormwater ordinance, and conditions of approvals. |
