La Mesa Fire Station 11

IEC provided construction management and inspection services for the City of La Mesa Fire Station 11. The existing fire station was demolished and replaced with a new 20,466 square- foot facility. IEC provided construction management and quality assurance inspection for issues, including HVAC; grading; curb, gutter and sidewalk; building and electrical construction; station control and communication systems; and fire station apparatus equipment. The site was surrounded by City Hall and an existing library, emphasizing the importance of a well-managed, well-constructed, and aesthetically pleasing project.
