IEC is currently working at San Diego International Airport as a sub consultant to DMJM Aviation. IEC has completed two high profile projects, Improve Runway Safety Area (EMAS) and Runway 9/27 and Taxiway Bravo Overlay Project. The EMAS project was a two phase job, the first phase was to install a new localizer for runway 27, and the second phase was to install a new Engineered Material Arresting System (EMAS). The runway and overlay project consisted of placing P-401 material per FAA specifications and removal and replacement of centerline and touch down zone light cans. Both of these projects were completed one month ahead of schedule. IEC is working on CIP Projects, Tenant Improvement Projects and the Quieter Home Project. |
